How to Clear Your Cache & Browser Settings

On a Desktop or Laptop:

  1. Google Chrome
    • Click the three dots (top-right).
    • Go to More toolsClear browsing data.
    • Choose a time range (All time is recommended).
    • Check Cached images and files and Cookies and site data.
    • Click Clear data.
  2. Microsoft Edge
    • Click the three dots (top-right).
    • Select SettingsPrivacy, search, and services.
    • Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.
    • Select Cached images and files and Cookies and other site data.
    • Click Clear now.
  3. Safari (Mac)
    • Open Safari and click Safari in the top menu.
    • Select PreferencesPrivacyManage Website Data.
    • Click Remove AllDone.
After clearing the cache, close and reopen your browser, then try loading the website again.
