One of the best known Oolongs from the Wuyi mountains in Fujian. Also known as Wuyi Rock Oolong. Brews a deep gold-light amber cup. Wet leaves give a dramatic, high mountain aroma. Rich, smooth taste with an elegant and fruit-like sweet finish. The fruitness comes naturally through the processing techniques. The tea has a longer oxidation time and is baked longer at the end with charcoal under bamboo trays.
