Gyokuro Asahi

This shade grown green tea is one of Japan’s highest quality teas. Gyokuro, meaning “jewel dew”, is shaded for approximately three weeks. Juicy, distinctly smooth and soft mouthfeel, with very little dryness. The emerald cup has notes of spring peas and a lingering sweetness. Suggested brew temp 175°-185°F for 3 minutes.
