Honeysuckle Oolong

A light-medium degree of oxidation yields a deep golden cup. The leaves are tightly rolled but unfurl quickly to produce an immediate floral aroma. There is no scenting, yet the cultivar on its own gives a pronounced sweet finish. Soft and thick mouthfeel reminiscent of Jin Xuan. Round and mellow, this is an eminently accessible tea that vividly captures the potential of Oolong cultivars.
