Chun Oolong


Taitung, Taiwan.
Also known as “Red Water Oolong” or “Red Oolong” made with Chinsing cultivar. From Taiwan’s Pacific Ocean coast, this Oolong is skillfully made into beautiful pearls, with extensive withering and extra high oxidation. Heavily wrap-rolling and mid to high fire baked to bring out pleasant ripe Pomelo and earthy flavors. With a medium body and rich flavor, this Oolong has the versatility to be served hot or chilled.
