From Taiwan’s Pacific Ocean coast, this Oolong is skillfully made into beautiful pearls, with extensive withering and extra high oxidation. Heavily wrap-rolling and mid to high fire baked to bring out pleasant ripe Pomelo and earthy flavors. With a medium body and rich flavor, this Oolong has the versatility to be served hot or chilled.
